DESIGNED TO CHALLENGE, MOTIVATE AND HELP YOU MEET YOUR FITNESS GOALS.  A FUN, BODY CONDITIONING, RESISTANCE TRAINING, CARDIO ENDURANCE CIRCUIT CLASS. THIS 45 MINUTE CLASS IS A  BOREDOM BUSTER AS WE MOVE FROM ONE STATION TO THE OTHER EVERY TWO MINUTES. BURN, BURN, BURN!!  WHAT'S YOUR GOAL..........................LET US HELP YOU MEET IT!


Reformer - Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced:
We offer sessions for all levels as privates, duets or classes.  WE encourage our reformer clients to try our intro package before signing up for a reformer class. It is three  30minute private sessions at an intro rate to help you become familiar with the apparatus. The Pilates Reformer is a versatile and completely unparalleled piece of fitness equipment that provides resistance and support for exercises involving the entire body. This comprehensive, alignment-based workout targets all major muscle groups from a stable core and provides precise feedback to each client for superior results. Reformer training addresses back pain by strengthening deep, structural core muscles and helps to educate clients about proper movement and FORM.  THE ENTIRE REFOMER WORKOUT :- Pilates reformer plus Tower & Mat , Jumpboard and chair.  By incorporating the use of the amazing Pilates Tower,  jumpboard, and chair , you will gain length, strength, flexibility and musculo-skeletal control. Students will work from the inside out to find a deeper connection to the core in a class that combines exercises on both the Tower and Mat.  The jumpboard is footwork with a bit of cardio, adding the variety to the reformer. THE chair is that additional wow factor, allowing you to bring the work of the reformer.....to the chair, still maintaining the Pilates principal. All of The work is performed using a combination of props, springs and bars to create additional resistance and/or assistance while performing the repertoire. The added resistance provided by tower and chair  springs encourages the development of strength and stability. This is a class that truly lengthens the body like nothing else. his is Power Pilates Group Reformer Class. It is Designed to offer a fun and challenging workout in a small group. It is taught to upbeat music to keep you on your toes every second of the class. With the Pilates principals still as our focus.

BARRE CLASSES-Pilates Barre
Where Ballet Barre meets Pilates, yoga and a lot of fun!!! A total body workout combining Pilates principals, ballet influenced moves, yoga and at times cardio.  This class is choreographed for your fitness fun, adding light weights, bands and a ball.  Think you have experienced a burn......................come and experience "the burn". 

Our classes are designed to effectively strengthen, tone and balance the entire body. We offer fat burning workouts that integrate the use of the ballet barre, light weights and various props. Students will focus on form and precision while performing small isometric movements as instructors emphasize basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle actions. Each class includes several highly effective sequences of toning and resistance exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms, seat and thighs. Each strength section of this workout is followed by a stretching section to create long, lean muscle without bulk. These are challenging, no impact classes that require focus and precision for maximum results. All levels welcome!


POWER Spinning/reformer
For those interested in expanding their cardiac training base, this ride is an efficient high energy workout that also combines core conditioning on the  reformer.  It is a 30/30 class. As in all of our classes, we are dedicated to small group training and personal attention.  Students will benefit from the positive and energetic motivation of our enthusiastic cycle teachers and have an opportunity to explore cycling in combination with core conditioning for a total body work out.  IT combines all three formats for a well rounded circuit training fun class.
